Started out at Greenup dam this morning but the wind was howling and the snowflakes were flying . Didn’t feel like being in that mess so I went to Portsmouth at the Scioto River. White Bass were still biting and got a Hybrid Striper too. They were chasing bait , still this late in the season so soft plastic minnow imitations were on the menu today again.Caught 8 Whites and a Hybrid in about an hour and a half. I have all next week off and plan on fishing some more
