hit mccomb at just the right time yesterday. 52- 8 inch bluegills just after it started raining on waxworm and redworms fished about 4 feet deep. got a little chilly with the wind and rain; makes you remember winter is coming. we fished for about 2 1/2 hrs on the south side. 1 big crappie too and 2 bass about a pound each. we thru them back. cant wait for ice, found a few new spots i can't get a boat on, so ice will be the only way this year. everybody, get to fishing!!!! winter is coming.
